Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all returns and replacements are governed strictly by the terms below. By placing an order, you agree to this policy in full.
1. Return Eligibility – Unopened Products Only
We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery subject to all of the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and unopened
- Original tamper-evident seal must be fully intact
- Product must be in original condition and packaging
- No signs of tampering, alteration, misuse, or improper storage
- Return must be authorized with a valid RMA number
Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in denial of refund.
PeakForm Peptides reserves sole discretion in determining product eligibility upon inspection.
2. Mandatory RMA (Return Authorization)
All returns require prior written approval and issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns shipped without an RMA:
- May be refused
- May be returned to sender at customer expense
- May be subject to denial of refund
RMA requests must be submitted via email to:
orders@peakformpeptides.com
Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Required photo documentation (if applicable)
RMA approvals are valid for 7 business days from issuance.
3. Restocking Fee
Approved unopened returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a returned product fails inspection, it may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
4. Shipping Damage & Seal Integrity
If a product arrives with:
- Broken or lifted tamper seal
- Cracked vial
- Leakage
- Shipping-related damage
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Required documentation:
- Clear photos of product
- Photos of outer packaging
- Photo of shipping label
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.
Verified transit damage will qualify for replacement at no additional cost.
5. Reconstituted Product Claims
If a product has been reconstituted and displays:
- Cloudiness or milky appearance
- Significant discoloration
- Visible contamination
Notification must occur within 7 days of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence is required.
Replacement eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Improper reconstitution, non-sterile handling, failure to refrigerate, or storage beyond recommended timeframes may void replacement eligibility.
PeakForm Peptides reserves sole discretion in determining validity of all reconstituted-product claims.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened vials
- Products without intact tamper seals
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products showing signs of misuse or improper storage
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or promotional items
7. Return Shipping & Risk of Loss
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless claim is verified as transit damage.
- All returns must be sent with tracking.
- Risk of loss remains with the customer until received and inspected.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
8. Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue constitutes abuse of this policy.
Fraudulent claims, false damage reports, or tampering with seals to obtain replacement may result in:
- Denial of refund
- Refusal of future service
- Reporting to payment processors
PeakForm Peptides reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting documentation.
9. Limitation of Liability
All products are sold for laboratory research purposes only.
Product integrity depends on proper storage and handling after delivery. Customers assume all responsibility for maintaining correct storage conditions.
PeakForm Peptides is not liable for degradation, contamination, or instability resulting from improper handling, storage, or use.
